The 45 Friction Cards
Forty-five printable cards. Each names one specific reason you haven’t started, and gives one physical move that takes under two minutes.

The 45 Friction Cards
Description
Not motivation. Friction. The reason the thing hasn’t been started is almost never that you don’t care — it is that the first move is undefined, and an undefined move is infinitely postponable.
Each card has three parts: the friction, written in your own voice; the move, which is physical, observable and under two minutes; and one plain sentence on why it works, with no neuroscience name-dropping.
What the deck covers
Starting cold · not knowing the first step · the task being too big · needing something you don’t have · fear of it being bad · waiting to feel ready · the environment · the phone · other people’s expectations · perfectionism · having failed at it once already · not knowing if it matters.
How it prints
Nine to a sheet in a 3×3 grid, five sheets, crop marks included, A4 and US Letter. The cards are the same 63×84mm size on both papers, so a mixed print run still makes one matching deck. There’s also a 51-page phone version, one card per screen, with a tap-to-jump index.
Who this isn’t for
Anyone who wants a system. There’s nothing to set up. Pull a card, do what it says, put it back.
Instant download after checkout. PDF, on any device. Printables come in A4 and US Letter. All sales are final.
