Terms and conditions

The terms, in plain English.

These terms cover your use of toreadmore.com and anything you buy here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

toreadmore.com is run by Read More Digital Media, trading as To Read More. Contact: support@toreadmore.com.

2. Who can buy

You need to be 18 or over, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. What we sell

Digital products only: short books, scripts, card decks, workbooks, binders, planners and kits, delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped. There are no memberships or subscriptions. You pay once per product.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each page before you buy. They can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Your download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your order email as soon as payment goes through. The links don't expire. If an email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.

6. All sales are final

Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final. At checkout you confirm you want instant access and accept that you can't cancel after downloading. If a file is faulty or wrong, we'll fix it or send the right one. Details are in the refund policy.

7. What you can do with a product

When you buy, you get a personal licence to download, read, print and use the files for yourself and your household. You may not:

• resell, share, upload or give away the files, or post them online;
• use them in a course, product or service you sell;
• remove our name or present the content as your own.

8. Who owns the content

All text, designs and files on this site and in our products belong to Read More Digital Media and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of the content.

9. What the products are, and aren't

Our products are general information and practical tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice, and they don't promise any particular result. For anything about your own money, health or legal situation, a qualified professional is the right next step. More in the disclaimer.

10. Using the site

Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful. If someone shares or resells our files, we may refuse future orders from them.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

12. Other websites

Some pages link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection the law of your own country gives you.
