What we collect, and why.

We collect as little as we can to sell you a file, send it to you, and tell you about the next one if you want that. We don't sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

Read More Digital Media, trading as To Read More, is responsible for the personal data collected on toreadmore.com. Contact: support@toreadmore.com.

2. What we collect

When you buy: your first name, last name and email address, what you bought, the price, and the date and time you ticked the download consent box.
When you ask for a free download: your email address, and the date you confirmed it.
When you email us: whatever you write, and your email address.
When you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar tools (section 5).

We don't ask for your postal address or phone number, and we never see your full card number.

3. Why we use it

To take payment and deliver your files.
To answer you when you contact us.
To send emails: the free file you asked for, emails about what you bought, and occasional emails about other products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and keep the records tax law requires.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop for us:

Stripe: card payments.
MailerLite: email lists and the emails we send.
Hostinger: website hosting and order emails.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): measuring and showing our ads, through the Meta pixel and Conversions API.
Google: site statistics.
Wordfence: site security, which logs IP addresses to block attacks.

We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your basket and checkout working, to measure visits, and to measure ads (the Meta pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The basket and checkout may not work without them. More in the cookie policy.

6. Where your data goes

The services above may process data in the United States and other countries. They use the transfer safeguards the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
Support emails: as long as needed to deal with the request.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or take a copy. You can object to marketing at any time. Email support@toreadmore.com and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

9. Children

The site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and only adults can buy. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

10. Security

The site runs on HTTPS, payments go through Stripe, and access to order data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
